• Upon receipt of 100% payment, a confirmation voucher will be issued and passenger passport details must be shared.
• Physical festival passes will be handed over upon arrival or provided in advance if received earlier.
• The confirmation voucher will serve as the official booking confirmation.
• One scheduled shared transfer from the hotel to the venue and one scheduled shared return transfer will be provided each festival day.
• Private or additional transfers can be arranged at an extra cost.
• The yacht experience includes a one-hour sundowner with food, entertainment and one pint.
• Yacht sundowner date and timing will be confirmed closer to departure, subject to the final operational schedule.
• TCS extra on the total billing amount OR TDS 2% deducted from the total amount if payment is made from a Company account (TAN number is mandatory). Effective 01 October 2023, “Tax Collected at Source” (TCS), will be at 5% till Rs. 10 lakhs, and 20% thereafter, for all Cumulative Payments made against a PAN in the Current Financial Year.
